How every AI Employee works

  1. 01

    It learns your business

Services, prices, service area, hours, the questions you always ask — in a facts sheet you maintain.

  2. 02

    It drafts; you approve

Every message waits for your approval until you decide a conversation type has earned Autopilot.

  3. 03

It hands over when it should

Emergencies, price disputes and anything it is unsure about go to a person with a summary attached.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need all of them?

No. Most businesses start with the Lead Employee — the fastest payback is the lead that used to go unanswered — and add the Follow-up Employee once estimates are flowing. The AI Receptionist is for businesses whose leads mostly ring the phone.

Are these separate products?

They are roles inside one CRM. They share the same contacts, inbox, calendar and reporting, so a lead the Lead Employee books is the same record the Customer Employee reminds next week.

Can I take over a conversation?

At any moment, with one press. The AI stops, the thread stays in the shared inbox with everything that was said, and your team carries on.

What does it cost?

AI Employees are included in the plans on the pricing page; messages and call minutes draw from prepaid credits with a spend cap you set. There is no per-seat fee for an AI Employee.
